Finished the drum setup yesterday and now we’re looking forward to a full day of recording at Flat Pig Studios. We’re hoping to record 5 or 6 songs today and finish the rest on sunday.
Today Joél, me and Edd will be in the studio trying to get it all right. Andy will head over to Gothenburg to fetch the guitar rigs that we will use during next weeks guitar sessions and Loke is practicing and getting ready to record the base guitar later this week.
We’re finally on the roll!

Album no. III, time to get your ass on track!
All right, so it’s time to get back to the studio to start recording the 3rd album. We’ll be starting off with the drum tracks this friday so today me and Joél are gonna’ buy some drum equipment and see if we can get a sponsor deal on some of the gear we’ll be using along the way. And before you ask: Yes, Joél is going to do the drumming on this album and we’ll get back to trying out new guys for the drummer spot next year. Right now all our focus and energy is on trying to record the best Crazy Lixx album up to date.
We’ll be recording a total of 12 songs of which the best 11 will be featured on the final album. Hopefully we’ll have it all ready until new year’s and we’re looking at a spring 2012 release.
